How do we purchase tickets for Spectrum events?
On your mobile device or desktop computer, go to http://tickets.spectrum.ph.
All you need is a valid email address or a Facebook profile to log in.


You can score your tickets from official ticket outlets and promoters.


What are your payment options?
We accept:

  • Cash (at ticket outlets only)
  • ATM/Debit Card (Mastercard or VISA)
  • Credit Card


Will there be tickets at the gate?
Yes! We accept cash, ATM/Debit Card, credit card.


What if my ID is lost or expired?
By law, we are required to entertain valid IDs only. Click here for a list of accepted valid IDs.


Will there be lost-and-found stations?
Yes there are lost-and-found stations in every event. But do keep your stuff safe too. If you find anything misplaced, be a good soul and turn it over to us.


Am I allowed re-entries into the venue?
Yes, re-entry will be allowed for a limited time during events. Please ask the gate staff for assistance.


May I bring my cameras inside?
Yes, you may bring your cameras — what’s a party without one? For particular professional situations, however, you can request a permit from us.


Can we bring food and drinks to the party?
You may either consume them before entering the venue, or leave them at a designated area outside. For general guidelines on what else you may or may not be able to bring, click here.
